3 reasons why YOU should do RESTART

I became a licensed RESTART instructor 5 years ago after completing my NTP certification. Each and every time that I lead a group (or even an individual!) through this program, I am blown away by how rad it is to watch the lightbulbs turn on as the participants learn about digestion, nutrition, and, most importantly, themselves. Seeing those connections happen in real time is so much fun!
