The five-week RESTART® program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from sugar and processed food. No gimmicks, no fasting, no mystery teas -- RESTART® is about gaining the tools and knowledge, so you can make lifelong changes. The best part? You're not alone! You'll complete this journey with a group who understands how you feel and will help keep you accountable along the way. Participants gain access to an exclusive Facebook group where we share recipes, troubleshoot hurdles, and celebrate victories.
As a group we will discuss a new topic each week and together embark on a three-week sugar detox in which we will eliminate foods that are known to cause many issues such as:
- water retention
- bloating/digestive problems
- poor sleep
- poor memory/brain fog
Participants leave feeling lighter, more energetic, healthier, and best of all EMPOWERED. It's really cool! Real food can change your life and leave you feeling happier and healthier than ever before.
HERE'S A SNEAK PEEK AT WHAT THE WEEKLY SCHEDULE LOOKS LIKE:
Week 1: How to prepare for the whole foods challenge!
Which foods cause inflammation and which are supportive of optimal health?
Week 2: How does digestion work? What causes common problems like bloating and heartburn?
Week 3: Why is it important to balance your blood sugar? What are the consequences of sugar?
Week 4: The truth about fat. Which fats are supportive and which are dangerous?
Week 5: How to integrate your knowledge and skills into the long-term!
RESTART - $100/person
The RESTART® Program works well for groups of 4 to 10 participants and can be done in person in Bellingham, WA or long-distance via Skype/Google Hangouts/Zoom. Occasionally I hold public classes; however, you can RESTART sooner if you find your own group of friends, coworkers, family, etc., plus you get a $20 discount for setting up your group! Heck yes!
