Working together, we’ll figure out not only why your body is out of balance but how to bring you back into balance. You will learn about your body, real nutrition, lifestyle tips&tricks, and realistic solutions to your personal goals.

 

Each program is unique to you and your specific needs and goals. We can meet for one month, three, or beyond depending on where you’re at in your life, and of course you’re welcome to return for a Check-In whenever you need a little boost. Think of this as a personalized nutrition course that you can come back to again and again. Regardless of how much or little you commit, you will be empowered with the knowledge and skills to continue your health journey well beyond.

Sessions can be completed in person in Bellingham, WA or long-distance via Skype/Google Hangouts/Zoom.

Let’s work together to uncover simple yet effective changes to make a big difference in your health. We’ll discuss your eating habits, lifestyle, and wellness routines as well as your health concerns and goals.

 

  • 1.5 hour Initial Consultation

  • 1 x 1 hour Follow-Up

  • Ongoing email support

  • Realistic ideas and tips for meals and snacks

  • Recommendations and tips based on your goals and lifestyle

 

During the Initial Consultation, we’ll discuss your current health based on your responses to the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, a Symptom Burden Analysis, and a Food Journal Review. These tools (and others) tell me about imbalances in your body’s function and chemistry, so I can determine ways to bring you back into balance. You’ll leave with an action plan including realistic ideas for meals and snacks as well as tips for going out and more.

 

Four weeks later we’ll come together again for a Follow-Up during which we’ll discuss how you’ve progressed, make changes if needed, and celebrate victories based on another assessment.

Let’s take things a step further with the addition of monthly Check-Ins.

Every four weeks we’ll come together again for a Check-In during which we’ll discuss how you’re progressing and if any changes need to be made at that point. Our final meeting will be a Follow-Up where we'll go through a complete assessment, make any final changes, and celebrate your success! Cheers to that!

A separate service for quick suggestions.

In this 30-minute session I will sit down with you and evaluate a five-day food journal completed prior to our meeting. We will discuss your nutrition habits and reasons why you may be experiencing certain symptoms. You'll leave with an understanding of how to better balance your meals and snacks for better energy and smoother digestion.

An additional service for returning and current clients.

Welcome back! Whether it's been a while since we completed your last Follow-Up or you'd like to extend your current coaching package, a Check-In is a continuation of support, guidance, and empowerment. Check-In appointments may include any of the following depending on how long it's been since you worked with Shelby:

  • Food Journal Analysis

  • Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire

  • Symptom Burden Analysis

  • Functional Evaluation

  • Mindset Homework

 

Just like before, you’ll leave this 60-minute meeting with an action plan based on where you're at at that moment.
